The indoor pool and spa lounge offered a rejuvenating escape, perfect after a day of cross-country skiing and hiking in the breathtaking surroundings. The beautiful sun terrace provided a serene spot to unwind, while the multilingual staff ensured seamless service throughout my stay. The comfortable room with a view of the garden area was a peaceful sanctuary, exuding a sense of calm. Despite a minor hiccup with the missing guest cards for local attractions, the overall experience was delightful.
